| Customer service has been non-existant for me. Around a day's downtime every two months and most technical support services don't work. They even rely on JAVA VIRTUAL MACHINE for one of these services!! |

| crappy customer service. Took 2 weeks of calling for them to finally take 10 minutes to reset my account. |
