| The worse company I have ever dealt with. They basically stole my money. I paid for 6 months service in full and my account never got activated. I would go somewhere else for service. |

Worst company I have dealt with, take money automatically, threaten debt collectors when you refuse to pay.
Very unpleasent company to deall with and would strongly advise people not to deal with in any way. |

Nazi's of the Internet.
Most domain name registrars do not use threats and intimidation to renew domain names. They will freeze your account and turn it over to a collection agency if your credit card does not auto-debit. |

| Appharently I have not paid them, and recieved an email advising me to contact their debt collectors ASAP yesterday (28 Jan) for a bill I paid on the 6 Decemeber and have the bank statement to prove it!!! |

| I had a bitter experience with 1and1. They thought I violated their Terms and without warning removed my servers immediately. Billing was unhelpful and rude. I had no chance to recover my files. They cost me a lot of frustration and money. |

I've been using 1and1's prof. pkg for over a year.
My site has had excellent uptime, and I'm able to update easily via
ftp/shell access. My only complaint is their web-admin app is slow. |

| They seem to be a good hosting company. I just signed up a couple days ago and haven't had any problems. I don't like the fact that I can't cancel unless I fax or mail them a form. |
